Cancellation Policy

We’re delighted to welcome you to Luna Mode and want every visit to feel relaxed, friendly and enjoyable. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received. We understand that plans can sometimes change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through our website up to **2 hours before your appointment time**. You can also contact us, and we’ll be happy to update the booking for you. If you cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment, your deposit will remain safe and can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment or kept as credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, or appointments missed without notice, will result in the deposit being retained to cover the reserved appointment time. Please arrive on time so we can provide you with the best possible service. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always try our best to accommodate you, but depending on our schedule, the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a late cancellation. Please make sure you select the correct service when booking. If you are unsure which service to choose, contact us and we’ll be happy to help. Some hair colour, hair treatment, brow, lash or beauty services may require a consultation or patch test before the appointment. Where required, the service cannot be carried out without a valid patch test.
